The Pay report gives you a clean per-employee pay breakdown for any date range — showing paid hours, breaks, time off, average hourly rate, and estimated pay for each person on your team. It's the fastest way to get a high-level view of labor costs without going through individual timecards.
Getting There
Click Timesheets in the left navigation, then click the Pay tab at the top of the page (alongside Timesheets and Job Codes).
What You'll See
At the top, a summary bar shows totals across your whole team:
Estimated Pay — total estimated labor cost for the period
Hourly Rate Avg — average hourly rate across all employees
Paid Work Hours — total hours paid
Paid Break — total paid break time
Paid Time Off — total paid time off hours
Overtime — total overtime hours
Below the summary, the report lists each employee with their paid hours, paid break, paid time off, average rate, and estimated pay for the period. Each row represents one employee's totals — not broken down by day.
Filtering the Report
Use the date range picker in the top right to select a payroll period or custom range. You can also use the filter icon to narrow by employee, role, or department.
Exporting the Pay Report
Click Download in the top right to export the Pay report as a CSV. This is useful for sharing a high-level labor cost summary with leadership or accounting without sending the full timecard export.
💡 The Pay report is a summary view — it shows totals per employee, not per shift. For the full shift-by-shift breakdown with all timecard detail, use the Timesheets tab. For a payroll export with all columns including job codes and overtime by shift, use the Download button on the Timesheets tab to open the Payroll Summary.
