Both managers and employees can start new chats from web and mobile. You can message one person or create a group conversation with multiple team members.

Click the speech bubble icon in the left navigation → click the + button at the top of the chat list. The Create Chat modal opens with a group filter, employee list with checkboxes, and an employee count. Once you've selected your participants, the chat is created and opens immediately.

Tap Chats in the bottom navigation bar → tap the blue + button in the bottom right corner. The Create Chat screen shows an alphabetical list of all team members with a Search bar at the top. Tap one or more people to select them, then tap Create to open the chat.

Type in the Type a message... field and press Enter (web) or Send (mobile) to send. In addition to text, you can send photos, videos, and location pins (mobile only).
