Each chat has an info panel where you can see who is in the conversation and control your notification settings for that chat.
Viewing Chat Info on Web
Open any chat conversation → click the ⓘ info icon in the top right corner of the chat. A Chat Details panel slides open on the right showing the number of team members in the chat and a list of all participants with their avatars and names.
Viewing Chat Info on Mobile
Open any chat conversation → tap the ⓘ info icon in the top right corner. This opens the Chat Info screen showing:
Mute Notifications — A toggle to silence push notifications for this specific chat. When muted, you won't receive notifications for new messages, but messages will still appear when you open the chat.
Team members — A list of all participants in the chat with their avatars and names
🔕 Muting a chat is useful for high-volume group conversations where you don't need real-time notifications. You can unmute at any time by returning to Chat Info and toggling it off.
