Once employees complete quizzes or lessons, you can view their scores, see how they answered each step, and track completion across your team — from the Quiz List and the Reports section. The results view is the same for both quizzes and lessons.
Getting There
Click the graduation cap icon in the left navigation → click the Quizzes or Lessons tab → click any title to open its results view.
The Completions View (Web)
Clicking a quiz or lesson name opens its detail page. The table shows: Employee, Started On, Completed On, Score (green if at or above passing score, red if below), Location, and individual step columns scrollable to the right showing each question and the employee's answer.
Use the date range picker and the Filter button to narrow results.
📋 If Allow retakes is enabled, an employee may appear multiple times — once per attempt, each with its own score and timestamp. If a lesson has no scored question types, the Score column will be blank but completion is still tracked via the Completed On column.
The Incomplete Assignments View
Click the number in the Incomplete column on the list to see everyone who has been assigned but hasn't finished yet. This view shows: Employee, Assigned On, Started On, and Complete By. A trash icon lets you remove an individual assignment.
Viewing Results on Mobile (Manager)
Go to More → Forms & Learning → Quizzes & Lessons → tap the Quizzes or Lessons tab → tap any item. You'll see a list of completions with the employee name, date, and score. Adjust the date range using the pickers at the top.
Reports
For a team-wide view, go to Reports → under Quiz Reports you'll find Quiz and Lesson reports showing completion rates and scores across all items. Under User Level Reports, click any team member to drill into their individual quiz and lesson history.
