Once you've created a quiz or lesson, you can assign it to your team from the web or mobile app. You can assign to the entire team, specific roles, or individual employees, with an optional due date.
Getting There
Click the graduation cap icon in the left navigation → click the Quizzes or Lessons tab depending on what you're assigning.
Assigning from the Web
Click the three-dot menu (⋮) on any row and select Assign Quiz or Assign Lesson. This opens a slide-over panel with:
Select a group — Filter by role using the buttons at the top. Selecting a group pre-checks all employees in that role.
Employee list — Employees are grouped by role with checkboxes. Check or uncheck individuals as needed.
Click Assign [X] Staff. A confirmation dialog will appear asking if you want to add a complete by date. Enter an optional due date and time, then click Assign.
💡 If Allow retakes is disabled on the quiz or lesson, assigning it to an employee who has already completed it won't create a new attempt — the original result stands.
Assigning from the Detail View
Click any quiz or lesson name to open its completions view, then click Assign Quiz or Assign Lesson in the top right. Use this when you're already reviewing results and want to send it to more people without going back to the list.
Assigning from Mobile (Manager)
Go to More → Forms & Learning → Quizzes & Lessons → tap the Quizzes or Lessons tab → tap the quiz or lesson → tap the + button in the top right. Select an employee, set an optional due date, and tap Assign. Mobile assignment is one employee at a time — use the web for bulk role-based assignments.
What Happens After Assignment
The employee receives a notification and the quiz or lesson appears as a To Do card on their Home screen. If a due date is set and the employee doesn't complete it in time, the manager receives a notification.
