Teamsly's training module lets you build, assign, and track quizzes and lessons for your team. Use quizzes to test knowledge with scored questions, and lessons to deliver structured training content. Both can be assigned to individual employees or entire groups, with optional due dates and completion tracking.
Getting There
On web: Click the graduation cap icon in the left navigation to open the Quiz List.
On mobile: Tap More → Forms & Learning → Quizzes & Lessons
The Quiz List Page (Web)
The Quiz List page has two tabs: Quizzes and Lessons. Both show: Title, Description, Category, Steps, Created On, Last Updated, Avg Score, Completed, and Incomplete.
Click any quiz or lesson name to open its completions detail view. The three-dot menu (⋮) on each row gives you: Assign, Edit, and Delete.
Quizzes vs. Lessons
Quizzes are scored assessments. Each question has a correct answer, and employees receive a score when they submit. You can set a passing score, and if the employee scores below it their result is shown in red. Quizzes are ideal for testing knowledge after training.
Lessons are structured training content. They can include text, video, and questions, and like quizzes they can have a passing score and be tracked for completion. Lessons are best for onboarding new staff or introducing new procedures before assigning a quiz to test comprehension.
💡 A common workflow is to create a lesson that teaches the material, then follow it up with a quiz to confirm the employee understood it. Both can be assigned at the same time.
Notifications
When a quiz or lesson is assigned, the employee receives a notification and it appears as a To Do card on their Home screen. On web, a red badge appears on the quiz icon — clicking it opens a full-screen modal where employees can see their Incomplete and Complete quizzes and lessons.
If a quiz or lesson has a due date set and the employee hasn't completed it in time, the manager receives a notification that it's past its due date.
Mobile — Employee View
Employees access their quizzes and lessons by tapping More → Forms & Learning → Quizzes & Lessons. The mobile view shows two tabs: Incomplete and Completed. Tapping an item opens it immediately to the first question.
