When a manager assigns you a quiz or lesson, you'll receive a notification and it will appear as a To Do card on your Home screen. You can complete them on both mobile and web. The experience is the same whether it's a quiz or a lesson.
Getting There
On mobile: Tap a quiz or lesson card on your Home screen, or go to More → Forms & Learning → Quizzes & Lessons
On web: Click the red badge on the quiz icon in the top right corner of the screen, or click the card on your Home dashboard
Finding Your Items on Mobile
The Quizzes & Lessons screen shows two tabs: Incomplete and Completed. Each item shows the title and a Quiz or Lesson badge. Tap any item in the Incomplete tab to begin.
Finding Your Items on Web
Clicking the quiz badge icon in the top right opens a full-screen modal with Incomplete and Complete tabs. The left panel lists your assigned quizzes and lessons with the category, title, description, and due date. Click any item to open it on the right and begin.
Working Through a Quiz or Lesson
Steps are presented one at a time. A progress bar at the top shows how far through you are. Tap or click your answer, then tap Next to advance. Tap Back to review a previous step. You may encounter Single Select, Multiple Select, True/False, Free Answer, Rating, Text, or Video steps.
If Show correct/incorrect is enabled on a question, you'll see whether your answer was right after selecting it. If Show explanation is enabled, an explanation appears below your answer.
Finishing and Seeing Your Score
After the last step, your submission is recorded automatically. A completion screen shows your score along with a congratulations message. Tap Close to exit. Your manager can see your score and responses immediately.
🔁 If Allow retakes is enabled, you can take it again as many times as you want from the Completed tab. If retakes are disabled, it is locked once submitted.
