The History tab in the Task Manager gives managers a full record of every task for any given day — who completed it, when, whether it was on time, and any notes or photos submitted. Use it to review accountability, spot patterns in missed tasks, and confirm that your team's daily routines are running as expected.
Getting There
Click the Task Manager icon in the left navigation, then click the History tab. On mobile, go to More → Task Manager and tap History.
The History Table (Web)
On the web, the History tab shows a table of all tasks for the selected date with five columns:
Status — Whether the task was completed (blue checkbox) or overdue/incomplete (empty checkbox with an Overdue badge).
Task — The name of the task.
Notes — A dash if no note was submitted, or an icon indicating a note is present.
Details — The name of the employee who completed the task and the time it was completed. Tasks that were not completed show a dash.
Assignee — The role or employee the task was assigned to.
Navigating Between Dates
The History tab shows one day at a time. Use the left and right arrows in the top right to move between days, or click the date to open a date picker. The summary at the top left shows the total task count and completion percentage for the selected date.
Viewing Task Details in the History Tab
Click any task row in the History table to open a detail panel on the right side of the screen. The panel shows the task name and status, the assignee and task list name, and any notes and photos submitted.
History on Mobile
On mobile, the History tab shows a Stats section at the top with Total, Completed, Late, and Overdue counts. Below that, tasks are listed individually: a green dot means completed; an orange dot means incomplete with an Overdue badge.
Using History to Spot Patterns
The History tab is most valuable when reviewed regularly. If the same task shows as incomplete day after day, that's a signal to look at the due time, the assignee, or whether the task is realistic given your team's workflow.
📋 History data is stored per day. You can navigate back through previous days to review any date since you started using the Task Manager.
