You can create and edit jobs from the schedule on both web and mobile. Each job holds the date, time, location, workers, and notes for that job — all in one place.
Creating a Job on Web
Go to Schedule → Jobs tab. Click the + button on any day column to open the Job Details panel. Fill in the following fields:
Date — The date of the job
Start time and End time — The scheduled hours for the job
Color — Assign a color to the job. This color appears on the job card and on all worker shifts for easy visual grouping.
Job name — The title of the job (e.g. "7286-4 - Packing - Lucas Davis"). This name appears on every worker's shift in the schedule.
Address — The job location address. Shown to employees on their shift details in the mobile app and tappable to open in maps.
Notes / Description — A rich text field for arrival instructions, client contact details, equipment requirements, or anything your crew needs to know. These notes appear directly on each worker's shift.
Click Save when done.
💡 You can also click directly on an empty area of a day column in the Jobs calendar view to start a new job.
Creating a Job on Mobile
On mobile, go to Schedule → Jobs tab. Tap the blue + button in the bottom right corner to open the Job Details screen. The fields are the same as web: date, start/end time, color, job name, address, and description. Tap Add Worker to assign crew members.
Editing a Job
On web: Click any job card in the Jobs calendar to open the Job Details panel. Click the pencil icon in the top right to switch to edit mode. Update any fields and click Save.
On mobile: Tap any job in the Jobs tab to open Job Details. All fields are editable directly. Tap the globe icon in the top right to add or edit a geo-fence. Tap the trash icon to delete the job.
📋 When you update a job's notes, the notes on all worker shifts for that job update automatically. You don't need to update each shift individually.
