The Scheduled Hours reports give you two complementary ways to see how hours are distributed across your team — by employee or by role. These are useful for spotting imbalances, checking coverage levels, and making sure no one is under- or over-scheduled before you finalize a schedule.
Getting There
Click the Reports icon in the left navigation. Under the Reports section you'll find two reports:
Hours Scheduled — shows total scheduled hours per employee for the selected period
Role Summary — shows total scheduled hours broken down by role, with daily totals across the week
Hours Scheduled (By Employee)
The Hours Scheduled report displays a simple two-column table: each employee's name and their total scheduled hours for the selected date range. A Total row at the bottom shows the combined hours across all employees. Employees with zero hours are hidden from the list automatically.
Use this report to quickly see how many hours each person is scheduled for in a given period — useful for checking fairness across the team or flagging anyone who may be approaching overtime.
Role Summary (By Role)
The Role Summary report shows scheduled hours broken down by role, with one row per role and columns for each day of the week. You can see how many hours are scheduled per role per day, plus each role's total for the week and the combined total across all roles. A Total Hrs row at the bottom gives you the overall scheduled hours per day.
Use this report to check that each role has adequate coverage across the week — for example, confirming you have enough Server or Bartender hours each day.
Filtering the Reports
Both reports share the same filter controls at the top:
Date range — defaults to This Week, or pick a specific week
Role — filter to a specific role
Department — filter by department
Employee — filter to a specific employee (Hours Scheduled only)
Exporting
Click Export PDF in the top right of either report to download it as a PDF.
