If your workplace has a Teamsly kiosk — a tablet showing Clock in or out — you can use it to clock in, take breaks, add job codes and notes, and clock out. All you need is your 4-digit PIN.
Signing In
On the Clock in or out screen, enter your 4-digit PIN on the keypad. You're signed in as soon as you enter the fourth digit.
Prefer your email and password? Tap Use your username and password instead, enter your email address in the Username field and your Password, then tap Log in. Tap Use your PIN instead to switch back.

🔢 Where to find your PIN: In the Teamsly mobile app, go to More → Personal information and look for Login PIN. On the web, open your profile. If you don't have a PIN, ask your manager to set one for you. Phone number sign-in isn't available on the kiosk.
Forgot your PIN? Tap Forgot your PIN? on the keypad screen. The kiosk can't show your PIN, but it reminds you where to find it. If you're locked out of your account entirely, enter your email and tap Send password reset to get a reset link.
Clocking In
After you sign in, you'll see Hi, [your name] and Would you like to clock in?
Select your shift. Today's scheduled shifts are listed with their time and role (for example, 11:30am–3:00pm · Scheduled · Server). If your company allows it, you'll also see Unscheduled shift for working without a scheduled shift.
Tap Clock in. Tap Not yet if you're not ready — the kiosk locks so the next person can use it.

Depending on your company's settings, you may also be asked:
Which role are you working? — If you have more than one role at this location, choose the Role for this shift and tap Continue.
Choose a job code — If your company requires a job code, pick one from the Job code list and tap Continue.
⏱️ If your company doesn't allow early clock-ins, the Clock in button stays grayed out with a countdown such as "You can clock in in 2m 0s." Wait for the countdown to finish, or tap Not yet and come back. If you see "You have no shifts scheduled today." and there's no Unscheduled shift option, check with your manager.
While You're On the Clock
Whenever you sign in while clocked in, you'll see your name, when you started, and an ON THE CLOCK timer, along with these options:

Take a break
Tap Take a break. If you have more than one break available, choose one under Which break are you taking? — each shows its length and whether it's Paid or Unpaid. If only one break is available, it starts right away.
When you come back, sign in with your PIN and tap End break. If your company requires you to take your full break, you'll see "Your break isn't over yet" with the time remaining — tap Keep my break going and come back when it's up.
☕ The Take a break option only appears when a break is available for your shift.
Add job code
If your company uses job codes, tap Add job code, choose one, and tap Save. While a job code is running, the tile changes to Change job code — use it to switch to a different job code or tap End job to stop tracking it.
Add notes
Tap Add notes to leave your manager a note about this shift (up to 1,000 characters), then tap Save note.
Clocking Out
Sign in with your PIN and tap Clock out. Depending on your company's settings, you may see one or two more steps first:
Break check — If a required break isn't on record, you'll be asked to confirm each one: I took this break (and choose when it started), I couldn't take this break (and tell your manager why), or, if your company allows it, I chose to give up this break. Answer every break, then tap Submit and clock out.
Declare your tips — Enter your Total tips and tap Save, or tap Skip.
You'll see "You're clocked out", and the kiosk locks itself a few seconds later.

Locking the Kiosk
When you're done, tap Lock kiosk in the top right so no one else can act on your behalf. If you forget, the kiosk locks itself after 60 seconds without a tap.
✅ Everything you do on the kiosk is saved to your timecard right away. You can see it in the Teamsly mobile app under Timesheets, just like a clock-in from your phone.
