The Free plan is designed for small teams just getting started. It supports 1 location and up to 20 employees. Included features: basic scheduling, basic time tracking, availability & time off requests, Team Chat, schedule reporting, weather forecast, role-based wages, and free mobile apps for iOS & Android.

The Basic plan adds team management tools on top of everything in Free, with unlimited locations and unlimited employees. Additional features include advanced team communication (SMS, announcement read receipts, surveys), advanced reporting, time card editing, break management, payroll periods, early clock-in prevention, Basic Forms/Checklists/Surveys, and Basic Quizzes & Lessons.

The All-In-One plan is the most popular option and includes everything in Basic, plus the full feature set for teams that need advanced controls. Additional features include advanced scheduling, PTO management with auto accruals, geofencing, location tracking, Job Codes, Task Manager, Shift Feedback, Departments, and admin activity tracking.

Both the Basic and All-In-One plans include a free 30-day trial. No credit card is required to start. You can explore all features and decide whether to continue before your billing begins.

You can upgrade your plan at any time from Settings → Plan & Billing → Manage Subscription. Upgrades take effect immediately. If you try to use a feature that isn't available on your current plan, a prompt will appear asking if you'd like to upgrade on the spot.
