Managing Your Subscription & Billing

How to view your plan, manage your subscription, update payment methods, download invoices, and cancel in Teamsly

The Plan & Billing page shows your current subscription, billing history, and gives you tools to manage your payment method, download invoices, and cancel if needed.

Getting There

Click the gear icon at the bottom of the left navigation to open Settings, then click Plan & Billing.

The Plans Section

At the top of the page you'll see your current plan details across all locations:

  • Plan — Your current plan (Free, Basic, or All-In-One)

  • Current Billing Cycle — The start and end dates of your current billing period

  • Next Billing Cycle — When your next payment will be charged

  • Credit Card On File — The last four digits of the card being charged

The Billing Section

Below the plan details is a table of your billing history. Each row includes: Transaction Date, Amount, Payment Method, Payment Status, and a Download Invoice link to get a PDF of that transaction.

Managing Your Subscription

Click Manage Subscription in the top right to open the subscription management portal. From here you can:

  • View your current plan — See your plan name, monthly price, and next billing date

  • Update your payment method — Click the pencil icon next to your card to update it, or add a new card

  • Update billing information — Change the email address for invoices and receipts

  • View invoice history — All past invoices with date, amount, and status, filterable by date range

  • Cancel your subscription — Your account stays active through the end of the current billing period, then reverts to Free

📋 Cancelling your subscription keeps your account active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Free plan.

Deleting Your Company

At the bottom of the Plan & Billing page there is a Delete Company button. Deleting your company is permanent and will remove all locations and data associated with your account. This cannot be undone.

⚠️ Only delete your company if you are certain you want to permanently remove all data. Make sure to download any invoices or reports you need before proceeding.
