Reviewing Employee Shift Feedback

How to view, filter, and interpret employee shift feedback ratings and comments in the Shift Feedback report

The Shift Feedback report gives you a full record of every rating and comment employees have submitted after their shifts. Use it to track morale trends, identify issues by role or employee, and follow up on low ratings.

Getting There

Click Reports in the left navigation, then select Shift Feedback under the Feedback section.

The Shift Feedback Report

The report shows all feedback submitted within your selected date range. Each row includes: Shift Date, Shift (name and time), Employee, Rating (1–5), and Feedback (any written comment).

Filtering the Report

Use the controls at the top to narrow results by date range, role, or specific employees.

💡 Low ratings (1 or 2) are highlighted in red so they stand out immediately. Check these first when reviewing a new period of feedback.

Where Ratings Also Appear

Individual employee feedback ratings roll up to their employee profile. You can see an employee's average shift rating on the Stats tab of their profile in the Employees section — useful for spotting patterns over time without digging through the full report.

📋 The report only shows data for shifts where feedback was submitted. If the report shows "No Data," either no employees have submitted feedback yet or Shift Feedback may not be enabled in Settings.
