Once you've created an audit, there are several ways to get it assigned to your team — manually from the Audits page, directly in the scheduler, through the mobile app, or automatically via shift settings.
Getting There
Go to Audits from the left navigation to access the Audits overview page.
1. Assign from the Audits Overview Page
Hover over any audit row in the list and click the Assign icon on the right side. This opens the Assign Audit panel where you:
Enter a Name for this specific assignment
Select the employee in Assign to
Enter who or what is being audited in Who to audit?
Optionally set a Complete by date and time
Click Save to confirm
Enable Keep open on save to keep the modal open after saving, so you can quickly assign to multiple people in a row.
2. Assign from the Audit Detail Page
Click on any audit name to open its detail view, then click the Assign audit button in the top right.
3. Assign to a Shift in the Scheduler
When creating or editing a shift in the Schedule, click the Forms dropdown and select Audit. Search for and select the specific audit. The audit is assigned automatically when the employee clocks in.
🔔 When an audit is assigned via a shift, the employee receives a notification at clock-in and it appears on their Home screen immediately.
4. Auto-Assign via Audit Settings
For recurring audits, configure automatic shift assignment in the audit builder's Settings panel. Under Assign to shifts, select the shift type and toggle which days of the week it applies. The audit will be automatically assigned every time an employee clocks into that shift on the selected days.
5. Assign from the Mobile App (Manager)
Managers can also assign audits from the mobile app. Go to More → Forms & Learning → Audits, tap the audit you want to assign, then fill in the employee, the subject being audited, and a due date if needed. Tap Assign to send it immediately.
