Completing an Audit

When a manager assigns you an audit, you'll receive a notification and it will appear on your Home screen. Audits are also accessible directly from the mobile app under Forms & Learning. Unlike forms, audits include a subject — you'll identify who or what you're auditing before you begin answering questions.

Getting There

On mobile: Tap MoreForms & LearningAudits
On web: Audits assigned to you appear on your Home dashboard

Finding Your Audits on Mobile

The Audits screen shows a stats summary at the top followed by the full list of audits. Each row shows the audit name, type, and number of incomplete assignments. Tap any audit from the list to begin.

💡 Audits attached to your shift will appear on your Home screen when your shift starts. You'll receive a notification reminding you to complete them.

Starting an Audit

When you open an audit, the first thing you'll see is a field identifying the subject of the audit:

  • Employee audit — Select the employee being evaluated from the Auditee dropdown

  • Non-Employee / Person audit — Type the person's name

  • Place / Location audit — Enter the name or address of the space being inspected

  • Thing audit — Describe the item or equipment

Fill in that field first, then work through the questions from top to bottom.

Answering Questions

Depending on how the audit was built, you may encounter Yes/No buttons, Single or Multiple Select options, text fields, rating scales, number inputs, date pickers, location pins, image/file uploads, signature drawing, and checklist items. Sections may be organized under bold header labels.

Scoring

Some audits are set up with a goal score, meaning certain questions have correct answers that contribute to a total score. Your score is calculated automatically when you submit.

📋 Not all audits are scored. If no goal is set, the audit is informational — your manager will simply review your answers without comparing against a pass/fail threshold.

Submitting an Audit

Once all required fields are answered, tap Submit. The audit moves to your Completed list and your manager can see your responses and score immediately.

Leaving a Comment

Tap the speech bubble icon at the top right of any audit to open the Comments panel. You can leave a note for your manager — for example, to explain a specific finding or flag an issue that needs follow-up.
