The Modules On/Off page lets you control which features are active in your Teamsly account. Every module can be turned on or off independently — when you disable a module, it disappears from your interface and your employees won't see it. When you enable it, it appears immediately, ready to use.
Getting There
Click the gear icon at the bottom of the left navigation to open Settings, then select Modules on/off.
⚡ Changes take effect immediately — no need to save. Toggle a module on or off and it updates right away for everyone in your account.
How to Enable or Disable a Module
Each module has its own toggle switch. Tap or click the toggle to turn a module on (enabled) or off (disabled). That's it — the change applies instantly across the whole account.
Available Modules
Scheduling — Build and publish weekly schedules, manage shift types, staffing needs, and schedule templates
Time Off — Let employees request time off and manage PTO policies and approvals
Timesheets — Track clock-ins, breaks, and overtime; configure payroll settings and time clock rules
Courses & Quizzes — Create and assign training lessons and scored quizzes for your team
Audits — Build and assign scored audit checklists for employees, locations, or equipment
Forms — Create digital forms, checklists, and surveys for your team to complete
Jobs — Manage jobs from end to end: add the job details, assign employees, and Teamsly automatically creates the shifts in the schedule. Employees can then swap those shifts just like regular ones
Tasks — Assign one-off or recurring tasks to employees or shifts and track completion
Job Codes — Let employees select a job code when they clock in to track time against specific jobs or cost codes. Employees can start and end multiple job codes within a single shift
On-Call Shifts — Schedule on-call coverage and configure pay rules for called-in and stand-by time
