Company Details and Locations

How to update your company information and manage your locations in Teamsly

Your Company Details page is where you manage the most fundamental information about your business in Teamsly — your company name, account owner, logo, and the physical locations your team works from. Getting your locations set up correctly is especially important, because each location's address sets the time zone used for scheduling, timesheets, and mobile clock-ins.

Getting There

Click the gear icon at the bottom of the left navigation to open Settings, then select Company Details.

Company Information

At the top of the page you'll see your current Company Name and Account Owner. Click the pencil icon in the upper right to update either of these at any time. You can also upload or replace your company logo here.

Managing Your Locations

Below your company information is the Company Locations section. Each location represents a separate physical site your team works from — for example, different store locations, offices, or worksites.

Adding a New Location

Click Add Location and fill in the following:

  • Name — A short, recognizable label for the location, such as "Austin" or "Downtown"

  • Full Address — The complete street address. This is used to set the location's time zone, which affects scheduling, reports, and mobile clock-in restrictions

  • Color — Assign a unique color to help identify this location at a glance across the schedule and calendar

Once saved, the location is immediately available across the system — in scheduling, employee profiles, timesheets, and reports.

💡 Enter the full, accurate address for each location. The address determines the time zone, so an incorrect address can cause scheduling and timesheet errors.

Editing or Removing a Location

Use the pencil icon next to a location to rename it or update its address. Use the trash icon to remove a location that's no longer active.

Locations and Billing

Your Teamsly subscription is based on the number of locations you have active. When you add a new location, it's automatically included in your plan.

💳 Adding a new location will update your subscription. Visit Settings → Plan & Billing to review your current plan.
