Changing Plans or Employee Limits

How to upgrade your Teamsly plan and what employee limits apply to each plan

You can upgrade your Teamsly plan at any time. There is no limit on the number of employees you can add on the Basic or All-In-One plans.

Upgrading Your Plan

Go to Settings → Plan & Billing → Manage Subscription. From the subscription portal, you can view your current plan and switch to a higher tier. Upgrades take effect immediately.

You can also upgrade directly from within the app — if you try to use a feature that isn't available on your current plan, a prompt will appear asking if you'd like to upgrade on the spot.

📋 Downgrading to a lower plan is not currently available. If you have questions about your plan, click Book a Call in the top right of the app to speak with the Teamsly team.

Employee Limits by Plan

  • Free — Up to 20 employees, 1 location

  • Basic — Unlimited employees, unlimited locations

  • All-In-One — Unlimited employees, unlimited locations

There is no per-seat pricing — your plan rate covers all employees at a location. Pricing is per location per month.
