Exporting Audit Reports

Teamsly's Reports section includes dedicated audit reporting that lets you track completion rates, scores, and individual performance across your team. These reports are separate from the audit detail view and give you a higher-level picture over time.

Getting There

Go to Reports from the left navigation. Audit reporting is split across two areas in the left panel: User Level Reports and Audit Reports.

User Level Audits Report

Under User Level Reports → Audits, you'll see every team member listed with Assigned and Completed counts. Click any employee's row to drill into their individual audit history, showing audit name, auditee, assigned on, complete by, submitted on, score, and status.

Use the Complete and Incomplete tabs to filter, and adjust the date range to change the period you're reviewing.

💡 Use this report for accountability check-ins. If an employee shows a high Assigned count but low Completed count, you can follow up directly and see exactly which audits are outstanding.

Audit Reports (Summary, Scores, Completions)

Under Audit Reports in the left panel, you'll find three additional report views:

  • Summary — A high-level overview of all audit activity across your location

  • Scores — A breakdown of scores across completed audits, so you can identify audits where employees are consistently falling short of the goal

  • Completions — Completion rates by audit and employee

📍 All audit reports are scoped to the currently selected location. If you manage multiple locations, use the location switcher at the top of the screen to view data for each site separately.
