The Audits section is where managers create, assign, and track scored evaluations across their team. Use audits to assess employee performance, location cleanliness, equipment condition, supplier compliance, and more — all with optional goal scores and automatic reporting.
Getting There
Click the Audits icon in the left navigation (clipboard with checkmark). This opens the Audits overview page.
The Audits Overview Page
At the top of the page you'll see two stats panels, both filterable by time range:
Left stats panel — A donut chart showing audit activity broken down by audit name. Use the arrows to page through all active audits.
Right stats panel — Four tiles showing totals: Assigned, Started, Complete, and Past Due.
Below the stats, a filter bar lets you narrow by audit type: All, Employee, Non-Employee, Location, or Thing.
The main table shows each audit with: Audit Name, Role, Assigned To, Goal, Avg Score, Complete, Incomplete, Date Created, and Created By.
Actions on Each Audit Row
Hover over any audit row to reveal action icons on the right:
Assign icon — Open the assignment modal to send the audit to an employee
Pencil icon — Open the audit builder to edit questions and settings
Trash icon — Delete the audit permanently
Viewing Audit Assignments
Click on any audit name to open its detail view, showing all individual assignments for that audit. You'll see who the audit was assigned to, the subject being audited, scores, due dates, and statuses. From here you can view completed submissions, manage assignments, and assign the audit to more people.
💡 The Avg Score column shows the average score across all completed submissions of that audit. If no goal is set, the Goal column will be blank — the audit is informational rather than scored.
Mobile — Manager View
Managers can access audits from the mobile app by going to More → Forms & Learning → Audits. The mobile view shows a Team Audits tab and a My Audits tab.
