Job Codes are an optional module that must be turned on before they appear anywhere in Teamsly. Once enabled, a Job Codes section appears in Settings where you can create and manage your codes.
Getting There
Click the gear icon at the bottom of the left navigation to open Settings, then select Modules on/off.
Enabling the Module
Find Job Codes module in the list and toggle it on. Once enabled:
A Job Codes section appears in the left navigation under Settings
A Job Code field appears in the shift editor when creating or editing shifts
A Job Codes tab appears in Timesheets & Reports
A Job Codes Summary report appears in the Reports section
Employees can start and end jobs from the time clock on web and mobile
💡 The Modules on/off page also controls other features like Schedule, Time Off, Timesheets, Courses/Quizzes, Audits, Forms, Jobs, and Tasks. You can enable or disable any of these independently without affecting the others.
Disabling Job Codes
To turn Job Codes off, return to Settings → Modules on/off and toggle the Job Codes module off. Existing job codes and timecard data are preserved — they won't be deleted. If you re-enable the module later, everything will still be there.
