Managing Your Subscription

How to manage your Teamsly subscription — upgrade, cancel, update payment, and view invoices

Your Teamsly subscription can be managed directly from the app. From the subscription portal you can view your current plan, cancel, and manage billing — all in one place.

Getting There

Go to Settings → Plan & Billing → Manage Subscription.

What You Can Do in the Portal

View Your Current Plan

The top of the portal shows your active plan, the monthly price, and your next billing date.

Upgrade Your Plan

You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. If you try to use a feature not available on your current plan, a prompt will appear letting you upgrade on the spot.

📋 Downgrading to a lower plan is not currently available. Contact Teamsly via Book a Call if you need assistance with your subscription.

Update Payment Method

Click the pencil icon next to your card to update it, or click + Add payment method to add a new card. See Updating Billing and Payment Details for step-by-step instructions.

Update Billing Information

Click Update information in the Billing Information section to change the email address where invoices and receipts are sent.

View Invoice History

Scroll to the Invoice History section to see all past invoices with date, amount, and payment status. Click any invoice to download it.

Cancel Your Subscription

Click Cancel subscription at the top of the portal to cancel. Your account stays active through the end of the current billing period, then reverts to the Free plan.
